Terms and conditions of participation – Bulli Summer Festival 2026 Christmas competition
By participating in our Christmas giveaway, the participant acknowledges the following terms and conditions.

This competition is in no connection to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Meta.
2. Participation period
The competition begins with the publication of the competition post on 24.12.2025 and ends on 28.12.2025 at 23: 59 clock.
Unfortunately, entries received after this time cannot be considered.
3. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. 18 years residing in Germany.
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. Participation in the competition
Participation is via Instagram or Facebook and is free.
To participate in the competition, the following steps must be completed:

Tag a person in the comments who you want to attend the beach camp with.
Any person can once Participate in the competition. Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning.
5. Profit
A raffle will be held. 1× Beachcamp ticket for the Bulli Summer Festival 2026 including passenger.
The profit is non-transferable, not interchangeable and Not payable in cash.
A payout of the winnings is excluded.
6. Determining the winner & notifying the winner
The winner will be notified by email after the participation period has ended. Random principle drawn at random.
Notification will be sent via Direct message (DM) via Instagram or Facebook.
If the winner does not respond within [timeframe] 72h If the winner does not return after notification, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
Privacy Policy
For participation in the competition, personal data (e.g. username, contact via DM) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.
The data will not passed on to third parties and deleted after the competition has ended, unless there are legal retention obligations.

8. Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, network failures or other problems that could affect participation in the competition.
9. Exclusion from the competition
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of these terms and conditions or attempts at manipulation.

The legal process is excluded.
