James Hersey grew up in Vienna, Austria. He became known on local independent radio as a singer-songwriter, and achieved international acclaim when his songs were remixed in the EDM world. His biggest hits – “Coming Over” (200M+), “Miss You” (120M+), and “How Hard I Try” (100M+) – earned him multiple Gold Records (USA, Canada, Italy), and led to performances at Coachella , Lollapalooza (with Kygo and Dillon Francis), and Bonnaroo, as well as touring support for bands such as Honne, Milky Chance, and Metric.
