The Autostadt in Wolfsburg has to be seen! Under the motto “People, cars and what moves them”, the globally unique communication platform from Volkswagen makes the world of the Bullli manufacturer and the topic of mobility tangible for every visitor. 35 million guests have visited the theme park and extracurricular learning location since it opened in 2000, making it one of the most popular tourist destinations in Germany.

The spectrum of possibilities and attractions is gigantic. The landmarks of the Autostadt - the car towers - are visible far beyond the gates of Wolfsburg. In the 48 meter high cylinders with fully automatic shelves, an average of 500 cars are delivered daily, and at night they are impressively illuminated. The philosophy of the individual Volkswagen brands is presented in eight architecturally impressive pavilions in the center of the park landscape - sometimes objectively, sometimes playfully, spirited or artistic. The architecture of the pavilions and the exhibits and installations in the buildings are as diverse as the vehicle brands. Of course, the mother of the Bullis - VW Commercial Vehicles - is also represented with its own pavilion. The Zeithaus is no less spectacular. It offers a journey through automotive history. Milestones and design icons from all important epochs in the history of the automobile are shown. If you want to get active yourself, you are in good hands on the outdoor area of the Autostadt. Safety training courses, trips on the off-road course and much more are tempting here.

During the entire duration of the Bulli Summer Festival, the entrance fee for all Summercamper is free of charge (the Summencamp admission ticket serves as an entrance ticket), for all others the fair entrance fees apply. Whether Summercamper or not, a visit to the Autostadt, one should not miss.
