From this point on, the visitor limit will no longer apply to “large festive events”.
The prerequisite for this is an incidence of less than 35. Currently, this is 28 in Wesel, and the vaccination rate continues to pick up speed. The signs of being able to carry out the event in full in September have not been as good as they are now for a long time.
